PW-UD20 Tensile Testing Machine
This machine can test rubber, plastic, leather, metal, nylon thread, fabric, paper and aviation, packaging, construction, petrochemical, electrical, vehicles … and other materials of tensile, compression, bending, shear, adhesion, peel, tear … and other tests, for quality control, incoming inspection, physical test, mechanical research, material development of the basic equipment.
Measurement and control system is designed for microcomputer electronic universal testing machine, microcomputer hydraulic universal testing machine, microcomputer pressure machine designed for measurement and control system. Tensile, compression, bending, shear, tearing, peeling test can be carried out. Use PC and interface board for data acquisition, storage, processing and printing test results. Maximum force, yield force, average peel force, maximum deformation, yield point, modulus of elasticity and other parameters can be calculated; curve processing, multi-sensor support, graphic image interface, flexible data processing, MS-ACCESS database support, making the system more powerful.
